The Dizénidani Association, created in Tiébélé, a city in Burkina Faso, has been working since 2010 to promote education. Its actions are carried out within the framework of informal education, through extracurricular and sports activities.
Among the activities offered to the 53 participants (31 girls and 22 boys) in this year’s camp were remedial schooling (natural sciences, mathematics and French), sports activities and singing lessons. A section was also devoted to raising awareness among young people about ecology and climate change. As every year, participants also took part in a reforestation project by planting 200 trees.
