Francisco A. Diaz Lison, CEO, Cuomo Foundation speaks at the Climate Actors World Summit held in Nantes, France between Sept 26-28, 2016. Organized by Climate Chance, the 3-day forum aims to become an annual event for all non-state actors dedicated to concrete change. Francisco A. Diaz Lison representing the Cuomo Foundation addressed the conference under the theme of the ‘The role of Foundations and Philanthropy in facing the challenges of climate change’.
The Foundation was invited to participate by the China-Europa Forum and the China Philanthropy Research Institute. The event further contributes to the process of building an alliance between Chinese and French ‘Green ‘ Foundations.
Following on from the success of COP21, the Climate Chance summit focuses on the work and commitment of non-governmental organizations and the fight against climate change.
